WORKOUT

Tusculum Men's Soccer Off-Season Day 2:
  • Warm-Up with Jogging, Ladders, Dynamic and Static Stretching
  • 10 x 150 yd. shuttles (34 seconds work, 26 seconds rest)
  • 10 x 100 yd. runs (25 => 18 seconds hard run, rest of the minute jog 100 yd.)
  • Cool-Down with stretch

P90X - Yoga X (30 minutes)
