P90X - Yoga X (30 minutes)- Warm-Up with Jogging, Ladders, Dynamic and Static Stretching
- 10 x 150 yd. shuttles (34 seconds work, 26 seconds rest)
- 10 x 100 yd. runs (25 => 18 seconds hard run, rest of the minute jog 100 yd.)
- Cool-Down with stretch
