- Lat Pulldown - Machine (3 x 10 @ 130 lbs.)
- Rows - Cable Machine (3 x 10 @ 80 lbs.)
DIET
Morning:

Lunch:

Dinner:
Small plate of Shrip Scampi on Pasta
