Training with the team 4:00-6:00 p.m. Worked on our defensive shape and dealing with services. The teams this weekend are supposed to play very direct, so we worked on how to deal with the longer services and how to deal with knockdowns and rebounds. Stayed after and did a bit of shooting with a couple of the keepers after the session.
Lifted with Tim and Clay at 9:00 p.m.
- Bench Press (8, 6, 5 @ 155, 175, 175 lbs.)
- Military Press (3 x 8 @ 95 lbs.)
- Biceps Curl - Barbell (3 x 10 @ 65 lbs.)
- Dumbbell Elevated Push-ups with Row (3 x 10 @ 20 lbs. DBs)
- Dip Death - with partner (8 x 5 dips rotating sets immediately after partner)
