Had a good training session today. Played 5 v 5 with keepers with 3 v 2 in the attacking half. A lot of goals, a good step in the right direction.
Lifted with Tim tonight. Workout includes:
Bench Press (3 x 8 @ 135, 155, 165 lbs.)
Shoulder Press - Dumbbells (3 x 10 @ 35 lbs. each)
Biceps Curls - Dumbbells (3 x 10 @ 30 lbs. each)
Incline Press (3 x 8 @ 95, 115, 115 lbs.)
Dip Death (5 x 5 dips alternating sets immediately with partner)
Leg Lifts - Roman Chair (7 x 10)
