- Woke up and went into Clinton, MS to the gym (i.e. Healthplex).
- Swam 500 meters in about 15 minutes.
- Lifted
- Bench Press (3 x 10 @ 135 lbs.)
- Pec-Dec (3 x 8 @ 130 lbs.)
- Pull-ups: Dead hang with perfect form (4, 4, 3)
- Ran 2 miles in 12 minutes on the Treadmill. 6:00 min/mile pace with a resting HR of 155 BPM (80% of HRMax)
- Took my little host brother to watch Year One this afternoon. Not bad, not great. Funny actors, but could have been a lot better. Interesting Biblical references...
- Night off from MS Brilla Training.
- Read the Bible
- Joshua 9-14
