- Ran 40 minutes in the morning.
- Left for Panama City, FL for our game tomorrow. Rode in the bus for 9 hours.
- Ran on the beach in Panama City around 10:00 p.m. upon arrival for 30 minutes. Would have done more, but we had to be in for curfew. Man, I forgot how nice it is to run on the beach.
