Session #1: Team Training (10:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.)
We had practice today at Traceway. The legs were a bit sore today, but loosened up after awhile. Started off with movement in a 40 x 40 box and progressed into stretching, agility, and then some good, old-fashioned Tag. After, we played 5 v 5 in 50 x 50 box to goal and then finished with the 1 v 2, 2 v 2, 3 v 2 finishing game.

Session #2: Team Intersquad Scrimmage (6:00 p.m.)
We played an intersquad scrimmage tonight. We were divided into 2 teams and played a 30 minute and a 40 minute half. Body felt very good until the last 10 minutes of the 2nd half. Week of hard training started to get to me. Game looks promising for tomorrow.
