5/20/09 - Week 5, Day 3 - Wednesday

Session 1 (10:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.) ~ 1 hour, 45 minutes



Mississippi Brilla Training. Had a very light session. We jogged an stretched for about 45 minutes. Was not allowed to train with the team as were the others that played over 70 minutes. Was told to take it easy and recover, but the body felt fine. After our jogging and stretching, the starters were the neutral players outside the competitive 4 v 4 to goal game. Wanted to train today.





Session 2 (12:30 p.m. - 1:20 p.m.) ~ 50 minutes




Rode the SPIN cycle after our light training. Rode for 50 minutes at a good, quick, steady pace. Rode at a high cadence with low resistance.


Session 3 - P90X - Ab Ripper X
