Session 1 (2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.) ~ 60 minutes
60 minutes on the SPIN cycle at the Healthplex. Went with little resistance and a high cadence.
Session 2 (3:15 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.) ~ 45 minutes
Olympic Lifting:
Snatches 3 x 5 @ 75 lbs., 85 lbs., 85 lbs.
Push Press 3 x 5 @ 95 lbs.
Front Squats 3 x 5 @ 115 lbs.
Overhead Squats 3 x 5 @ 85 lbs.
Bench Press 4 @ 175 lbs, 5 @ 155 lbs.
Session 3 (7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.) ~ 60 minutes
Ballwork. Did a lot of juggling and fast footwork for an hour.

Spent the afternoon and evening (when not training) on the back porch of our Terry, Mississippi (rural Mississippi) host family reading John Wooden's book, THEY CALL ME COACH, drinking sweet tea, sitting on a rocking chair, and listening to Kenny Chesney and Zac Brown Band. Life is beautiful
