Session 1 (4:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.) ~ 30 minutes

SPIN cycle for 30 minutes at low resistance and a high cadence. Smooth, steady pace.


Session 2 (4:45 p.m. - 5:15 p.m.) ~ 30 minutes

Lifted (Olympic):

Snatches 3 x 5 @ 65 lbs., 75 lbs., 80 lbs.
Cleans 5, 5, 2 @ 135 lbs.
Deadlifts 3 x 5 @ 135 lbs., 155 lbs., 155 lbs.
Push Press 1 x 5 @ 95 lbs.


Session 3 (7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.) ~ 2 hours
