Personal Training (Coaching) - 1 hour (5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.)
MS Brilla Practice (7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.)
Anybody playing more than 70 minutes after last night's match jogged and stretched for about 45 minutes and then played some light 5 v 2. Legs were a bit tight today, but not too bad.
