Morning Circuit
6 x [25 pushups; 100 jumps - jump rope; one minute rest]TOTAL: 150 pushups, 600 rope skips
NOTES: Felt good. Didn't strain abdominal area where I had the surgery during the pushups at all, which I thought I might feel some pain. The mesh is holding up very well! Jumping rope, I felt a bit of pressure on the area from the elastic band of my shorts, but nothing terrible.
