Session #1 (6:50 p.m. - 7:45 p.m.) ~ 55 minutes
Took a bike ride towards Johnson City. Made it to the outskirts of Jonesborough (15 miles) and then got a flat... so Dean had to come in my truck to pick me up. Going to go to the bike shop tomorrow and get the flat fixed.
